Describe the way the clips use sound to enhance the audience's understanding and enjoyment of the film.
The added sound adds a comedic sense to this scene even though it could be quite violent if a different sound was added.
The asynchronous of the film is done to make the audience laugh as it is set up as though its not supposed to be asynchronous. This also helps the audience understand the era the film is set as this shows that sound was just first being used in films and so there was many problems.
